A couple of weeks ago, we ran one of our CIM crisis comms workshops with our partner Rough House Media. Our workshop is a half-day session where we look at messaging, spokespeople, handling a crisis, social media and what not to do! Below is a snapshop of some of the feedback we’ve received.
