We all know the rule – it is easier to get more business from existing customers rather than chasing new ones. But how do you keep customers happy after the honeymoon period is over?

Padua Communications’ managing director Nicky Rudd and Kristy Davies-Sumpter from Zest Consulting are running an event to demonstrate how you can use content and experiences to keep existing customers and staff happy.

Nicky will share her top tips on mixing up different content formats to keep customers satisfied, as well as explaining how to get existing customers to share their thoughts and experiences so you can shape future product offerings. Kristy will be sharing insights into what’s hot in the world of customer and employee experience, including discovering how customer and staff mindsets can play a big part of future business success.

The session is set to be full of inspirational ideas based on real-world experience, so come and join us and pick up some CPD points too.

Nicky says: “Kristy and I ran a similar event for the Charted Institute of Marketing (CIM) last year, and the feedback was amazing. Everyone needs fresh inspiration to get the best results and with this event, we are hoping to do just that. This session will be relaxed but extremely productive as we use real examples and encourage attendees to apply these to their own business.

“We’re open to answering lots of questions too, as from experience, we know these tend to stimulate the debate in the room. We have a lot of knowledge in this area and want people attending this session to really feel it’s been an evening well-spent.”

Nicky Rudd

Nicky Rudd is a Fellow of CIM and a communications consultant with over 20 years’ agency experience. She is MD of Padua Communications, an agency that offers content, marketing, PR and events support.

With a background in tech PR and experience of working in consumer and B2B, Nicky has stacks of experience of working with clients in a wide range of markets. She has also worked in TV and radio production at The Media Trust and BBC Radio Northampton. She started her career as a secondary school English and Media Studies teacher.

Nicky is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and is an Events Ambassador for CIM South East. She is a regular facilitator and speaker on business communications, marketing and PR and drinks an inordinate amount of tea.
